The uniqueness of coupled fixed point for weakly C-contractive mappings in partial metric spaces

Abstract

We extend the concept of weakly C contractive mappings to the context of partial metric spaces. Also, we prove that every weakly C-contractive mapping in partial metric space has a unique coupled fixed point. Our result generalizes several well-known existing results in the literature.
