On power Armendariz rings

Abstract

The study of Armendariz rings was initiated by Rege and Chhawchharia, based on a result of Armendariz related to the structure of reduced rings. Recently, Armendariz rings were generalized to power Armendariz rings in [12, 18]. We investigate the transfer of the power Armendariz property to subring retracts, trivial ring extensions, finite direct products, localizations, and amalgamated algebras along an ideal. Our aim is to provide new classes of rings satisfying this property.
